Delivery across Russia:

We make delivery by any transport service at the choice of the buyer – DHL, Russian Post, CDEK, DPD, Courier Service Express, Major, etc.
In Moscow – pickup from a warehouse or delivery through a transport company. Delivery time is calculated from the moment the order is transferred to the delivery service. The cost is calculated based on the total weight of the package (including the weight of the package). In this case, the total weight of the parcel in incomplete kilograms is subject to rounding up to a whole number. The cost of delivery depends on the distance to the city of delivery. Delivery to branches of “Nova Poshta” in Your city.

You can find out the declaration number in the details of your order in the “My Orders” section on our website or in an e-mail that is sent to you by mail on the day the order is sent. If you did not specify the warehouse number when placing your order, your parcel will be sent to warehouse No. 1 in your city. Payment for the order is made at the time of its receipt at Nova Poshta.  TO TRACK THE PACKAGE

The parcel at the Nova Poshta branch is stored for up to 5 business days.

Please note that in addition to the amount of the order, the client pays for the delivery of the order by Nova Poshta, as well as the services for the return of funds to the buyer. An approximate amount can be calculated at the link: Cost of delivery.

Payment and return policy

The order is at the pickup point for 3 days, including the day of delivery.
By placing an order on the website of the online store, you agree to the “Terms of Service”, that is, you undertake to redeem your order within 3 days.
If the client did not redeem the order within the prescribed period, did not notify the online store about the renewal of the order, or did not cancel the order for objective reasons, the administration of the online store regards such actions of the client as violations of the terms of the transaction, and may unilaterally refuse the client in the provision of services.
